André Leon Talley is a well-respected fashion aficionado and critic. He is a front-row regular at some of the most famous fashion shows in Milan, New York, London and Paris for more than 25 years now. He was even the late Andy Warhol’s assistant but he is perhaps known for his stints at Vogue between 1983 - 1995 and 1997 till present. Personally, my favorite quote from him is, “I don’t consider myself a slave to fashion, but a custodian and curatorial person of fashion.”
Recently, he chose Kim Kardashian as his latest style muse, which would come as a surprise to most. Most of us do know how much Anna Wintour ‘loathes’ Kim, to such an extent that she famously cropped her (Kim) out of a picture with Kanye at Met Gala in 2013.
